backache and severe pain in buttocks
Its Urgent Plz take my casei am 38 years old female weight 74 having severe pain in back especially lower back and from last 4 to 5 months there is severe pain in both the buttocks as well
weather i am sitting idle or doing some work
when i sit on a chair or sleep or change my posture while sleeping it increases.when i want to stand up or bend my self to sit down or i walk there is so much pain .

Did it happen suddenly or is it initially less and increasing gradually?
What do you normally do to get relief from it?
What makes it less? In what position?
Do you have any other problems, unrelated to the back pain?

1-when i do alot of work and bend myself and remanin in that position may b then it increases
2- it started few years back and initially it was less now it has increased.
3-i do nothing to get relief. now i have started some exercises.
4- nothing makes it less
5- i dont have any issue related to back pain

Hypericum 200...4 pellets..twice a day for three days and report back.
