Update on silicea

Been taking this 6c for 2 weeks now , no reduction in acne. Acne is located on cheeks and forehead. Forehead is quite dry I don't know whether that's from the silica or not. Since starting I've had to whitehead eruptions big on left cheek and few more acne on forehead than before. Anything I should be looking for 2 weeks in or not. Thanks
