unable to concieve second time

Aslamo alikum! I am 30 yr old married women i have problem in concieving second time
1. After my marriag i got pregnant and gave birth normally
2. After 2 years i again got pregnanat but it had an abortion just after 2nd month of pregnancy
3. Here starts my problem ..after that i had painfull periods and white discharg after the periods throughout til next period
4. Periods keep on shrinking too after 2 yrs know i have periods of only 2 days
5. The discharg that came out of vagina is thick white sometimes small tissues came out
6. The discharg where it touches the area outside vagina cause svere skin irritation (burning)
Please guide me as it is spoiling my married life too m soo worried plz help
7. I regularly got gyne chkups used vagibect for vaginal infection but of no benefit
8. My gyne after each chkup told me that i have good healthy eggs and this time m going to make it but still unfruitful

Respected vasude i have visited a local homeo stor paltinum metallicum is aval in liquid dillution and tab form please guide which one is to be used ...and if liquid then plz specify the dose(no of drops to b taken each time) thanks.

Used platinum metallicum ..and Borax but no improvements stil m facing svere lecohorrea thick white pices of tissue cones out very similar to small pieces of yougart plz guide me doc
