thank you sir for your interest.. I have consulted to many allopathic and few homeopathic doctors.. they all concluded it as chronic urticaria..Right now her frequency for severe episodes has become lessened but not completely resolved she still have few(one or two) petches every day, but they subside automatically without giving any anti histaminic drugs, but now she becomes very prone to infections and whenever she gets infected at that time the urticaria also trigerred simultaneously..

Please try to give correct answer for my following query..the answer may helps for her treatments..
Is it possible that the overdosage of tuberculinum(200) could created some permanent antibodies(proteins) in her body and that are overreacting for alergents, because the tuberculinum may be used as oral vacination for tuberclusis...

I can only try to help.I can understand your concern over your child. Are you sure you will not be jumping from here back to your other doctors? I think I can help her. It may take 3 months. Pls CHOOSE the best person on this forum and stick with him.

I found out the following details about Hepar Sulphur, that doctor had given for my child...kindly comment on this also(seeno IV)..
6.HEPAR SULPHURIS CALCAREUM
SPHERE OF ACTION:-
Repertory:-1. Cellulitis - acute
2. Synovitis - chronic inflammation
3. Abscesses and suppuration aborts or hastens suppuration
4. Wounds - slow healing.
Materia Medica:-

1. Unhealthy skin -every little injury suppurates
2. Abscesses - suppurating glands
3. Chronic and recurrent urticaria.
IMMUNOLOGICAL INTERPRETATION:-
Hepar Sulph probably improves the process for resolution of inflammation by
(i.) Enhancing suppuration by stimulating tissue macrophages, endothelial cells, fibroblasts and epithelial
cells.
This in turn increases phagocytosis and pus formation.
Also stimulation of the humoral system occurs to produce cytokines especially IL2 which amplifies Tcell
response.
(ii.) Aborts suppuration:-
At the humoral level through stimulation of complement regulatory proteins, decay accelerating factor,
immunoglobina and other proteins blocking the membrane attack complex.
At the cellular level:-
PGE inhibits the lymphocyte proliferation and cytokine of T-cells and macrophages.
TGF quells the cytotoxic enthusiasm of macrophages and IFN activated Natural Killer Cells.
(iii.) Wound healing is promoted by TGF which stimulates fibroblast division and laying down of extra
cellular matrix.
(iv.) Urticaria:- Indicates Hepar Sulph action on Type 1 Hypersensitivity; i.e. it modifies IgE production
and mast cell activation.

Kindly repliy sir... I am very helpless.. Is it still possible to antidote the affects of these medicines.. Because now it seems this might be the reason of chronic urticaria in my daughter. Kindly don't take it otherwise.. Please....

I do not think that the case was taken properly right from start.I do not know what happened with the long questionnaire you answered. Anyways, I will try to help you. I shall come back with remedies after two days.Pls start my remedies only if you will continue with them. if you still wish going with gavinimurhty or somebody else I have no problems.

Pls tell:
How frequently attack comes? How long does it remain? What happens BEFORE the attack? After the attack what remains as residue? Does attack happen all over the body or only on some parts? Was her blood tested? Was it okay? Anything that seems wrong with her for a child if her age? Any other ailments she had?

Now for last six months the frequency of attacks has become less end and occurred only when she gets any viral infections. But initially after the completion of mentioned homeopathic medicines(hepar Sulphur 200 10pills BD, tuberculinum200 10pills Alternate days OD), she had started severe episodes of urticaria regularly every day till last six months before(for total 3years approx).. And the rashes were spreaded all over body.. And she was on very high doses of allopathic drugs.. At the time when problem were started her IGE count was 380 and phadiatop(allergy test) was possible, and total complement level was also very less (40)..she had not any ailments till her birth having very good growth.

Could you or anyone please comment if the overdoses of hepar Sulphur is the reason than how long the effects will persist as it modifies the IgE production and mast cell activation.. Should it be settle down over the period of time... Or these activation will persist lifelong

Sir: I am no match for you. This is a homeopathy forum.While name of the affliction, if known, would help the prescriber to get a wider picture it does nothing else.My points were very simple. And see what a thesis you have written. Are you seeking help or trying to show how well informed you are.You paid doctors who treated your child. Why not ask them? I am only a learner.I cannot help you.

According to me do not blame hepar sulph or tuberculinum.
The desease was already in the body which these remedies had put on the skin.
Now according to symptoms of urticaria take homeopathy.
My recommendation is rhus tox 1m give her a dose and report back.

please assume that her chronic urticaria problem is induced due to overdosages of Hep Sul/Tuberculinum..then is there any treatment option available in homeopathy to settled the activation of Mast cell???

First you should know what are homeopathy antidotes.
If you think that after taking tuberculinum or hepar sulph this has occurred then take another remedy which causes same type of symptoms.
For e.g if you take bryonia too much and headache starts then bryonia will not help. Take gelsemium which also causes headache to antidote bryonia.
This is the way of treatment in homeopathy urticaria is the symptoms of rhus tox, bovista, medorrhinum, Urtica Urens.

Thank you gavinimurthy and mnaari sir, As your very first suggestion, i have stoped all antihistaminc alopathic drugs and lets wait for some more time to see whether she is getting selfimmuned or not..As u mentioned earlier she might overcome the disease as her urticaria frequency is getting lesser..
So now i decided to wait for some more time to see the developments..
and if still the problem will not solved completely than i'll consult to a homeopathic doctor insted of restarting alopathic treatment..

ur valuable suggestions are very helpfull to me to take correct decision now.

Is it possible that she might overcome with all problems by her own growth..(means i am not doing wrong if i decided to wait for more time for again starting the homeopathic treatment)

Thank you doctors.. now i am waiting for more time without giving her any treatment neither alopathic nor homeopathic..and lets see whether she will be able to overcome or not..
Dr. should i ignore the 1-2 rashes, that are appeared sometimes.
