Car accident

I was in a car accident two days ago. I only had Arnica and Aconite 30c. I alternated both the past two days every hour. I just received 200c of both. How should I dose? I am still sore, but healing. Starting to feel depressed and nervous that I will have done damage to my body.

take only Arnica,5 pills every four hours till the pain subsides.
