Ringing in left ear with hearing loss

Hi,

I have tinnitus in left ear and hearing loss in left ear approx 90% . This problem started in 2005 when i have vometing and vertigo for 2-3 month so from that time this started hearing capacity of left ear is slow down time to time and in current time i think have 90% hearing loss so please advice is this restore or not.

Kali Mur 6x and Calc Flour 12x ,5 tabs of each three times a day and a feed back after 7 days.
