Urgent help needed for persistent wound infection
I struck my shin off a metal tractor trailer step on August 11th. The wound is infected with fecal matter.I have no fever. Wound area is red with thick deep yellow pus that is slow to come out. I received a tetanus shot and an intramuscular injection of a broad spectrum antibiotic on Thursday, August 18th. Pus still remains today. Will someone kindly suggest a homeopathic remedy. Thank you. Hypericum..200, 5 pills one a day and Ledum P 30,5 pills three times a day , feed back after 4 days.
