cough in chest and left eye flickring

Hello Doc,

Since 15 july to 15 aug ,i have to times dry cough.
first time i got relief in 20 days in between i take acconite,ferrum phos,hep sulp200 twice.after few days my cough disappear.
but again now its starting same its aggregate mostly when am going to sleep its stated like continuously due to this i have to sit on chair.
now am feeling cough in chest whenever am speaking something disturbing me and cough started little pain in chest,problem in swallow.
and my left eye also flickering in every five minutes or less since 15 days.
Please advice what should i do or which medicine should take.

Please take Belladonna 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects. If this doesn't help take Gelsemium 200 in the same way.
