biochemic remedies- taking single vs combination

1]Can anybody tell me what Dr.Schussler has recommended regarding the intake of biochemic remedies vis-a-vis single remedy and combination remedies.
In practical what has been the experience?
Should one go for single remedy at a time or go simultaneously for the combinations indicated.

Pls let me know your opinions on the same.Any pros n cons on either approach.

2]So far in the books i have read , there has been no indication or specific mention with regards to this aspect of selecting remedies.
Also can anybody let me know whether any original writings of Dr.Schussler is available? Any books of his. Most books i think are written by other authors and it has their opinions mixed. I want to know what Dr.Schussler himself has said.
So far in my search i have not got any original books.
So if anybody knows the same pls let me know the details.
