freckles in eye

hello, how do you remove freckle like brown pigments from the white of the eye?

Is there any quivering, twitching of eyes. Do you see in vision brown spots. Flaters. These are agaricus muscarius symptoms.

hello,
No quivering. no twitching of my eye, and no in vision brown spots nor flaters. The brown spots (freckles) are located on the white of the eye, near the Iris(see screenshot attached).

Zincum metallicum 200 once every third day 3,4 drops in 1/4 cup of water or two pills half an hour before or after meal.
Along with calcarea flour 6x three times a day
Continue for two months
Report after two weeks.

I forgot to mention, on that same eye with the brown spots I have drop in visual acuity ( I think it maybe wet macular degeneration). Please see screenshot of optician test.

Wil Zincum metallicum 200 and calcarea fluor help with visual acuity / wet macular degeneration?

I don't know what it is according to medical point of view.
According to symptoms I have recommended these remedies.
