Right testicular pain, frequent urination and burning

Doctor i had turp surgery one year ago due to prostate enlargement but those symtoms are still there which disturb me alot. Urologist find no abnormality and urine and blood are normal. Ultrasound showed a bit swollen veins in left testicle but doctor said its nothing to be worried about. Finally he teferred me to physiotherapist.

Grateful for help to treat me. My life is disturbed due to this.
