Adult-Hormonal Acne/Comedonal Acne?

Hello all, I've been curious about trying to homeopathically treat the acne I've had for about 3 years now, just cannot afford to see a proper homeopath and so was hoping I could get some advice here.

I'm a 25 yr old male, had minor/typical acne as a teenager, nothing serious or chronic. Since I was 22 I've developed a different kind of acne which presents itself primarily on my forehead as deep pimples and comedones. I occasionally flare up around my mouth/jaw line - but with these I think I can usually pinpoint a cause - eating a certain food, stress, illness etc etc.

The acne on my forehead is more constant and unrelenting - any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I've noticed on other forum postings that people have shared surveys to fill out in order to find the proper treatment - if anyone on here is generous enough to spend the time posting one of these and reading through it afterwards, I'd be happy to spend the time providing answers :)
