Repeated Strains

I have been incurring daily repeated strains of the back, especially the paraspinal muscles between the shoulder blades. I am constantly having to be very cautious to not pull the same multitude of muscles between the scapulas to not re-injure them. I have tried Arnica Montana in all dilutions already sublingually and topically. Please advise of any ideas.
