Dr. Nawaz pls help- Side effect of taking too much remedies
Assalamu alaikum Sir,I am 32 years old woman. Weight 62 kg. Recently myself taking too much remedies for various problems by maching symptoms. Now its aggravate my physical as well as mental conditions. I don't understand what to do? I am a hypothyroidism patient. My recent TSH is 52.38 & also ESR of blood is high 38 (reference value 00-15 for woman).
My recent problems are:
1. Whole body ache. Specially both hand & leg muscles (like bones were scraped), back, stiffness of fingers & toes (difficult to fold), palm & foot, lower abdomen.
2. Mental debility, aversion on life, dislike everything
3. Vertigo with sometimes headache
4. nausea (most time after wakeup in the morning)
5. blocked nose
6. Teeth feel sour
7. Hair fall, palpitaion
8. a lot of sweat
9. Chilliness & burning feelings on whole body.
10. Jerking/ tremor feelings in leg & hand. Specially when taking rest.
I think it's the side effects of taking too much remedies. Now I am taking thyroidinum 3x & five phos 6x. Please help me.

Take Aloe Soc. 200C, 4 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, one time a day, for 3 days.
Also, buy Arsenicum Album 200c, for later use.

Dear Sir, from today night I have start taking Aloe 200, once a day for 3 days. All other remedies have been stopped from the last 4 days.

I have already completed by taken aloe 200 for 3 days as you advised. All other remedies stopped for 7 days now. Also collect arsenic alb 200 as you said.
There are a little bit improvement.
Please sir, focus on my ESR report which is high (38, reference value is 00-15). I am also a hypothyroidism patient.

Does I continue thyroidinum 3x? Which I have taken for hypothyroid problem. It was stopped for the last 7 days.
