Iinternal Hemorrhoids without Pain
Hello,I am 31 yrs old. I have experienced blood drops after passing stools.Sometimes blood doesn't drip out at toilet, it can be seen on tissue paper. I dont have any pain anywhere in my abdomen or rectum. This is happening since last 5/6 days. One my my medical student friend confirmed that it is internal Hemorrhoids. Another homeopath doctor suggested to take Hamamelis. And another person suggested to take Nux and Merc Sol alternatively. I am really confused at this situation and getting tensed. Please help me out.

Hamamelis is the first thing to try. Take 10 drops mixed in a little water twice a day.
Never alternate medicines. That is a very wrong way.
Try Hamamelis for a week and come back. No other medicines.
