High creatinine with right side paralysis
Dear doc, plz help,My brother 47 age is diabetic since 20yrs. He had a brain infarque in September 2014,he had problems with left side visions of both his eyes.this was his first paralysis I guess as doc said this time. He was under depression after that,in a state anger,frustation,self pity etc.In December 2015,he was admitted for hiccups but we found his circles levels were high around 3.5,which was lowered to 2.8 by medication.The next six months he was not taking his medicines properly due to which his creatinine level was going high. He is also having hypertension. I gave him serum Anguilla and cortisonum,but he was not maintaining any diet due to which his creatinine level went to 5-6.on July 14 due to high blood pressure of ,220-180he had a stroke due to which he had right side paralysis not complete but he had sensation in his right hand and legs. But his behavior became very abnormal and aggressive,was not able to talk.his creatinine went more high 7.5,due to which he was on dialysis.in the meantime due to his behavior he removed his dialysis catheter on 13 aug and bled profusely,and his haemoglobin went down to 4.4,on 15 August he was hospitalised and blood transfusions were done along with dialysis.but from 22aug it was his last dialysis,and his creatinine level was between 5-6. Now with his medicines he is able to talk ,much improved with physiotherapy,but not still standing by himself. For his overall condition along with high creatinine level we took homeopathic medicine from one local homeopathic doc.i started giving him serum Anguillae30,cortisonum6,since10days back. But his creatinine was 5.6, which showed 6.7 yesterday's.his urine output is around 2 litres per day. He is on allopathic medicine ,frusenex,lowphos,renelog,metxl,atorva,levipril,nootropil syrup. He had infarque two years back due to high platelet count. Yesterday his electrolytes were normal.
Sodium 135,pot.4,serum albumen.4,haemogloin10.2,cbc is quite normal.
Plz help with medicines for his condition. For high creatinine as we don't want to go for dialysis. He eats very nicely. And strict renal diet. Also he is on insulin. Sometimes in the evening before dinner his sugar levels are 300-350.
Pl suggest medicines as we believe more in homeopathic medicines.

Thx for ur reply and I will immediately stop his medicines as they were not prescribed by a homeopath.
Now regarding my brother.
He is 5ft11" tall,fair.We are 3 siblings,2 sisters and he the only brother.i m the eldest and he is the youngest.my father was a scientist in BARC.we did our schooling from BARC school. He was a naughty child but was very intelligent.

Also one more thing he doesn't have many friends,a couple of them. But after 2014, he was never interested in going out of the house. He was scared due to his vision problems. Weh I showed his mri to the neurologist this August he said that he had paralysis of eyes in 2014, a very correct diagnosis I guess. Now lately he is remembering his classmate whim he liked very much. She is married and in USA.
I can sum up for my brother that he is very simple,sensative person. He was very forgiving and affectionate earlier. But lately he was never letting go of things.

Well, it's a long story indeed!. good narration but their was some mess of sequences I think about his sepration & reunion with his first wife and the second wife's details.
However, for me, waht is important is, what were his feelings & reactions about his 1st wife when she was misbehaving. Considering that he had pulled it long inspite of being arrested twice. Ideally, he should have filed for divorce rather than her.
Still more surprisingly, he went back to her again. looking at all this I can infer that he did not feel she was unworth and bad person?!
Rather, he is more discontented with his own mother and siter (you)?!

I coudn't get straight answer to my boubts. However, in nutshell, I think he lacks discretion of right and wrong, good & bad, etc. though you say, "Prior to this he was fine,he could see that what is right and wrong."

Well, Creatinine will be all right only when his genral health improves and for this I need to understand him as a person well. That's homepathy. Hence is my inquiry in depth.

Could you please tell me his / feelings / reactions about his first wife when he realised her real nature. (Did he realise at all?). What is his feeling / reaction about all that happened to him till date.

Please start with following prescription:
1. NUX VOMICA 30C, pills (buy minimum qty dispensable at the shop), take 5 pills (for one dose) daily once only in the evening,
Nothing else to eat or drink 1 hour before and 1 hour after the doses.
Do’s & don’ts:
1. Stay away from Strong odors.
2. Do not touch medicines or spill them. Use the cap of container (of same medicine) to transfer the medicines.
3. Place the prescribed dose under the tongue and let it dissolve. Keep the dose for at least 2 minutes in mouth.
4. Keep medicine containers airtight, away from direct sunlight, heat, any smell and children.
5. Avoid strong smells and odors AFAP.
6. Do not take any other medicines for any health problems. Most symptoms go as they come within 24-72 hours.
7. Report any problems & seek appropriate advice.
8. Otherwise report progress after 2week.

Can we give him liquid instead of pills. If so then how many drops? Because if we give pills he will just eat them and not keep under his tongue and mouth for 2 mins,as mentioned.

Do we have to stop his allopathic medicines also. Bcoz he is taking medicine for high blood pressure, chlosterol,insulin for diabetes. Also for his neurological problems and for kidneys also. So what to do?

Insulin & High BP medicines may be continued for some time about which I will let you know after looking at his progress. Rest all to be stopped.
But keep watch on sugar levels and BP regularly.

We were giving hemotone syrup 2 times daily and some homeopathic medicines that were given by our homeopathic doc. I guess we can continue with hemotone syrup.

Dear doc, its my kind request that you do reiki and prayer for my brother name lavi sohal that he gets well soon. You know he was a very caring and a very understanding person, very fun making but now his behaviour is very absurd due to his infarque. Yesterday also he was throwing food from my moms hands, removes his urine catheter. He understands everything but shouts a lot in a very thin voice. He is not speaking in his voice. He is removing girl type voice. He also speaks in his voice sometimes. Sometimes he is fine sometimes very different. He complains of pain in his buttocks,shoulders and feet. He has a big black boil type on his right ankle ,also his left toe is red and swollen. But the right ankle boil which is turned almost black is dried up now. I vll start with ur medicine from today. Wen shud i get his blood test done.
And what parameters shud i get checked in his blood test?
