Thanks Dr kulkarni sorry for late reply was moving him back home from hospital.
His age is 74 weight 45 kg he is always been under weight but reduced from 48 to 45 during hospital stay. Skin color is wheatish white, eye color dark brown.
He had Chicken pox in childhood but was cured and then TB when he was 55 but was cured with medicine at 65 he had hernia which was operated and he was fine after that.
He never used homeopathic medicine
He does not drink water very little also fully vegitarian
He did everything on his own his mother died when he was 2 years and my grand father remarried but he stayed with them till 10 grade. He was college teacher till he retire years back his height is 5.7 all his vital stats are normal no cholestrol as well but doc suspect brain stroke happend due to hardening of arteries and clogging the fact he does not drink too much water his clot is now clear and he is normal with very good memory and brain function despite stroke his face has little affect as his right had but he is able to more its now and walk after pysio.
Has 3 kids all are well settle he does not stay with us but visit evey year in usa , and bombay.
Stays with my mom and have a heathy life style do has never taken any suppliments and has no lean muscles now we have started some lean mucsle suppliments.
He is very helpful in what he knows like teaching and helping evryone documenting and cannot say no to anyone one of the niceset in the world and all has same opinion of his as well. But he is not thats resourceful as my mom is about all other things of the world.
He very seldom gets angry he was complaining about his hand and leg getting numb since 2 year we checked with doc they gave multi vitamin with b12 which work for the most part till he got stroke last month.
Also most of his life he was standing for long hours due to teaching profession he is masters in english
He does not get upset easily but he is very emotional will have tear and choked voice feeling insipred or motivated (not sad cry but emotional siprited) watching movie or listening to motivational speech or in proud movements.
He is a kind will sacrifice for everyone and has a very high spirit for life (fighting consistantly) and logic

Now coming to concerns his stroke medicine which will continue are blood thinner and cholestrol control. But his klebsiella which is now not detected and Current E coli which is causing pus cells in urine is being treated by antibiotics, our concern is the affect these bacteria left on the tissue even if the infection goes from antibiotics need to be treated with homeopathy along with his reduced immunity.
He belong to north india punjab where is stayed most of his life with all four extreme seasons
He always snore of most of the time as far back i remember and can sleep while standing also if he wants.
Long nails still have few black hair and not bald.
He has high spirit for life which i noticed has always pushed him to voice his concern about his health and we are lucky that he communicates all that with me and my mom. He is very principle based like all teachers in that age group are no wrong doing and no prefertial treatment for anyone.
Has a good sense of humor like reading for hours and hours does not get bored easily.

Please let me know if i miss something your advise is much appericiated we just want to compliment his treatment in best possible way.

Regards

That's a good narration.

Well, you say you want homeo help as complementary to his courrent treatment. But unfortunately, allopathy and homeopathy never can be complementary to each other. You may have to stop his medications especially, antibiotics and suppliments at once, if you opt for homeopathy. Are you ok with that? If yes,

I wish to know little more of his present physical symptoms, if any.

And was the reason for 'stroke' confirmed by some reports or clogging arteries was doctors' assumption?

Thanks doc for taking time reading my post so his present symptoms are pus cells in urine and recurring fever now we are giving antibiotics to remove infection caused in urinary track bu E coli and help him out of fever cycle which is making his more weak.
He has Ischematic stroke Due to
1. Non calcified small plaque lesion in the osteoproximal segment of the right ICA. (Carotid Doppler test brain)
2. Minimal intimal thicking in bilateral distal and bulb region more so on right side (Mri angiography on neck)

His current medication is blood thinner and cholestrol reducing statin which is i guess a requied medication for a stroke patient the antibiotics dose is getting completed in 2 more days. We are not sure if that cures infection and temperature controls I was looking for advice For option homeopathy have in this situation to increase vitality of patient and help fight infection. I only know coli bacillum but i so know if it more harm during initial aggravation as he is very weak for that.

Please start with following prescription:

AURUM METALLICUM LM/1, dilution (buy minimum qty dispensable at the shop). Give it once every morning after preparation as follows. (If not available easily at your place you may buy this online).

Preparation of dose:

A. Buy 1 ounce size dropper bottle (preferably of glass otherwise plastic. Buy it from homeopathic shop only.).
B. Fill it with clean potable water.
C. Mix 5 drops of prescribed medicine in it. Shake it 2-3 times (only) & keep it for 10 minutes.
D. Now it is ready to use. Take APPROXIMATELY 1/4TH teaspoonful (1.5ml) of this solution as single dose directly under the tongue. (You get approx. 20 doses from 1 ounce bottle).
E. Repetitions as prescribed above.
F. Nothing else to eat or drink 1 hour before and 1 hour after the doses.

Do’s & don’ts:

1. Stay away from Strong smells of any kind.
2. Do not touch medicines or spill them. Use the cap / droper of container (of same medicine) to transfer the medicines.
3. Place the prescribed dose under the tongue and let it dissolve. Keep the dose for at least 2 minutes in mouth.
4. Keep medicine containers airtight, away from direct sunlight, heat, any smell and children.
5. Avoid strong smells and odors AFAP.

Well, you need to remember, if you opt to continue allopathic medicines with this I won't be able to analyse the progress and guide properly. I strongly doubt about availing full benefits of homepathic treatment in such case.
