Urgeng for dr Kulkarnj, broken glass in leg
Dr Kulkarni, my father 77 age years old, short_medium height, normal weight had a small accident 2 days ago. A broken glass entered his !eft leg, he went to the hospital but the doctor told him the skin is healed and closed inside the glass, gave him Amoxil 1g until the wound "opens up" and he can performs surgery to take it out.He is diabetic, injects insu!ine twice, takes zylapour, triatec plus, concor 10, norvas 5mg, monosordil 60, ezetrol and he has beginning of kidney failure stage 4. He goes to the toilette daily but with difficulty. In general he is impatient, he goes 2 hours before a meeting, he speaks loudly with hot temperament frequent!y, he is fearful, sleeps very good.
Shall i give him silica and what potency? It aches a !ot like knife almost every 15_30 minutes. Looking forward for your answer and thank you very much.

Thank you for replying. Is it ok taking silica together with antibiotics like amoxil?

Now, the first question is whether glass piece is surely there inside? because if so, skin wouldn't have heeled so nicely the way you mention.
Confirm if the glass piece is there. If it is there, then you may give Siliea 6x, 12x or 30x whichever is available to you, twice daily.
If it is not there, he needs a constitutional treatment which you may seek by posting details here or by visiting a competant homeopath.

Thank you dr for your answer. Yes the glass is there as doctors confirmed thats why he has there cutting pains. Is it safe to cut amoxil under there circumstances? Thank you

It is not only safe to cut but it would be unsafe to continue antibiotics with homepathy especially in your father's case.
And give strictly, only one of the potencies not all 3.

I doubt the full utility of Silicea even now because the antibiotics given already would still interfer.
