Tarlov Cyst - Perineural cyst

Hi,
Female - 39 yrs.
Suffering from severe pain on the right side of lower back for the past 3-4 years.
Had a fall while climbing down the steps leading to tailbone fracture.
Am also suffering from Thyroid (Hypo) since 2009 but it is under control as per blood tests which I get done every 3 months.
Suspected Tarlov cyst or epineural cyst .Cyst is possibly filled with fluid as per the physio therapist.
The pain is in the lower lumbar sacral region.
please advice on suitable remedy as the pain is severe due to which unable to lead normal life.

Please take Calcarea Carb 200 one dose only preferably at night.
Do not eat or drink sour things. Update after 3 days.

You take only one dose. Wait for three days then update. Do not take 3 doses.

Sorry for late reply. Tried the medicine as suggestes but the pain persists still severe and unable to do daily chores due to this pain.

Please take Arnica 30 three doses per day (morning, noon, evening) for three days.
