From the few days of interaction, I can feel that Dr.Kulkarni is one of the best professional doctors, this forum has ever had.

You too have good intentions. But don't judge people so quickly. Try to prescribe to your best abilities, without being sarcastic.

If you want to make general comments, open a separate thread. Don't interfere in a patient's thread except for offering a suggestion related to his problem. It could be a discussion on the previous prescriptions too.

Please refrain from questioning the methods a prescriber chooses to elicit information. Everyone has his own way. As long as the patient is responding, what is the problem?

If you feel, you can prescribe without getting answers to a page long questions, please free to do so.

This is an open forum, and we can't expect others to follow our line of thinking. Express yourself, by all means, but in a civil way.

I was a vehement criticiser here, but understood the futility of it. So, help to the best of your ability.
