Good evening...
The last prescription for my CA exams helped me through....thank you for helping me through it..
Im done with my exams n free now...
My concern here is i want to loose my weight n do productive things..but i have become very lethargic n dont feel like going out...even if i think of doing it frm tomorrow..i end up dropping d idea...as it wld take lot of efforts..
Pls guide..

Take a single dose of Calc.carb 200c..4 pills as one dose..once in a week, for one month. 4 doses in total.
You need lifestyle changes more than the medicine. Try to walk as much as you can. Start slowly, and increase the time and distance gradually.
Swimming is a good activity. Try to attend swimming classes along with friends. That will cheer you up.

Good Evening Sir,
I failed in the CA exams and i lost my uncle with whom i was very much attached on the same day..Both of which was a shock for me..I have thoughts of past and like i should have done this and that and i could have changed things...
Its going to be a month since his demise and i have my exams in May this year..
I need Passion and focus..pls help me out!!
