Slow recovery post-surgery

Hello
My mom fell off the stairs in May and suffered a broken wrist, tibia + fibula. The wrist had a cast for 30 days. For the broken tibia she had surgery and had a titanium plate installed. After 2 months she returned home and she has physiotherapy twice a week. The recovery is very slow and she complains of big pains. I prepared for her Arnica 30ch in wet dose to be taken 3 times a day, following some posts I found here. Is this enough? Could you suggest something else?
Best regards,
Beatrice
