Help!!! Low Sex Interest

Hi all. I am an African male, 34 years old, 5'6" tall and weighing 64 K gs. I have a huge problem that am afraid is gonna cost my marriage. Close to one and a half years now I have been have very low interest in sex. Not that I have a problem erecting but just not feeling like I want to have sex. When I indulge in the act with my wife I just ejaculate once and fall asleep almost immediately and sleep like a baby. Then i would stay even weeks without indulging in the act. I am worried because of this. My wife think that I am unfaithful to her that's the reason why I do not have sex with her which is not so. I am also terrified of the thought of my wife searching for satisfaction somewhere else as i know i do not satisfy her fully. Please do give me a remedy to this and help me save my marriage. Thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You have already posted another thread for this. I even asked you for more details and some other prescriber prescribed you hastily. However, you haven't responded to both.

There is no point in posting thread after thread for same problem. Stick to one prescriber and follow faithfully if you are seriously seeking help.

Now either take the prescribed medicine or reply to the questionnaire. in other post.
