Does Nat mur cause you to be sleepy?

Does Nat mur cause you to be sleepy? I've been very sleepy for the last 2 days. I started nat mur a week tomorrow (10/6). I was relieved of headaches and pms. I sleep fine. Exercise 3x week. I'm also concerned about my period. I haven't gotten it yet. It's 11 days late. I was on ignatia before this. So not sure if all these changes has altered my hormones or what. Thanks!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nat Mur is a remedy given for sleepiness and sleepwalking if it fits
The case. If this is a new symptom for you that you have never had, it means you have had enough. Stop taking it and I hope someone is guiding you on this.

It seems you are abusing medicines. Stop tkaing anyhting now for at least 2weeks. Watch the changes and then decide if you need anthing at all.

By the way are you self prescribing? If so, that's the main problem.

No, I have been working with a naturopath here in Cali. He prescribed all remedies. I used to follow western medicine and felt they abused me. So I'm more cautious about what anyone recommends.

Many naturopaths have only taken a course in homeopathy. They are not homeopaths. They often prescribe many doses or too high strength the same as they do supplements and vitamins.

Like take x amount of remedy for 2 weeks, etc. Homeopathic dosing is an entire course by itself. Once you have an effect from a dose, you wait to see what the effect is. A 200c , one dose can work for minimum 2 weeks.
