Excessive Masturbation - Sexual weakness ED but still high urge/desire to Masturbation

Dear all ,

Please help me Im 25 yrs old I'm very much worried of this bad habit, badly affecting my health overall. Eyesight weak, bare bones on face. Please Advise me how to overcome this bad habit. Whenever I'm lonely in night I'don't get sleep without masterbation. Please Suggest some remedy if there any I'want to get ride off this bad habit completely & want to live a healthy and good life free from all bad things. I'm very much worried Please help & suggest some remedy to overcome this bad habit, I feel very tiredness, lazy, & weakness in my daily life, also suffering from sexual weakness but still high urge to masturbation. Dear Doctors PLZ SUGGEST SOME REMEDY TO OVERCOME THIS BAD THING.

As per ayurveda you need satvajay therapy.

First start with liv 52 syrup for one month.
Eat satvik foods, minimum spices and salt, no onion garlic non veg etc.

Try to focus on other healthy activities.

Report after 15 days.
