This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Once it disappears with thuja and nitric acid give her
hepar sulph 30 twice a day for a month and anthracinum 200 once daily from next month for a month.
It should not return again.

Using two remedies at a time is counter productive. Use only one.
Try Thuja first. Use it in 200 potency. One dose will act for around 20 days. Do not repeat before 20 days, that will spoil the case.
Hepar sulph 30 twice a day for 30 days and Anthracinum 200 for next 30 days is extreme overdosing.

Warts on head responds to thuja
But why it keeps on returning if thuja is already applied?
Hepar sulph and anthracinum are for cleaning the blood and toxins from the body.

The practice of giving combinations of remedies obviously violates all of the fundamental laws of homeopathy - and common sense as well. Nevertheless, it is common practice in some parts of the world. Some homeopaths take a case, cannot see a medicine covering the totality of symptoms, and so they create a combination of medicines, each of which (according to their estimation) covers a fragment of the case. To make matters worse, it is common practice in such circles to mix potency levels as well, and even to give certain remedies at one time of day and others at other times of day. As the reader of this book now knows very well, the process of homeopathy is to find the remedy with the vibrational frequency most closely matching the resonant frequency of the defense mechanism of the patient. Combination prescribing, in this context, would be analogous to trying to create harmony by tuning six different radios to separate stations simultaneously in the hopes of creating a symphony.
Such practice can only create complete chaos, and indeed some of the most pitiable cases in homeopathic practice are those who have undergone years of such chaotic treatment. The defense mechanism of such patients is so disturbed that it is often completely impossible to restore their health to even the level prior to such prescribing, let alone bring about a cure.
For a conscientious and knowledgeable homeopath, combination prescribing can only be forefully and vociferously deplored. Even the attitude, "Well, we have our way and they have theirs," is insufficient, because such chaotic prescribing can only contribute to the ruination of the reputation of homeopathy. If one is conscientiously attempting to utilize a therapy based on energies beyond ordinary perception, then one must necessarily conform very strictly to the specific and refined laws governing the use of such energies.

Sir
Thanks for information.
I have a question
The practice of giving combinations of remedies obviously violates all of the fundamental laws of homeopathy - and common sense as well.
According to this rule we will have to leave many useful remedies. Like nux vomica it is not a single remedy its a combination of belladonna, Cuprum,Strychninum etc.
Remedies made from milk etc.
So I think its not against law or sense.
Thanks for information.

Who told you nux vomica is a combination medicine?
Characteristics.âStrychnos nux vomica is a moderate-sized tree native of the Coromandel Coast and Cochin China. The fruit is very like an orange in appearance and contains numerous seeds of flattened circular outline, about the size of a halfpenny, ash-grey in colour, covered with fine silky hairs. The seeds are intensely bitter, owing to the presence of Strychnia and Brucia which exist in the seeds together with certain peculiar acids; but the pulp is innocuous and is said to be eaten by birds. If nitric acid be added to the seeds a deep orange-yellow colour is produced. The wood of the tree is very bitter. It is used in India in cases of intermittent fever and snake-bites. A decoction of the leaves is used externally in rheumatism (abridged from Treas. of Bot.). Under Brucea antidysenterica I have told how the bark of the tree was imported into Europe in mistake for Angustura. The tree from which the Ignatia" beans" are obtained is unknown, but it is not doubted to be a Strychnos; the seeds actually contain a larger proportion of Strychnia than those of Nux vomica. The difference in the character of the two remedies proves the wisdom of Hahnemann's method of studying medicines. If there was nothing more than the chemistry of the drugs to go by Ignatia and Nux vomica might be used indifferently; with the knowledge Hahnemann has given us of their characteristic features they are seldom even thought of in connection with the same case.âIn the cases of poisoning with Nux, the most marked feature is the spasms and convulsions which cause death by arresting respiratory movements. "Convulsions with consciousness."
Clarke materia media. It contains the chemical strychinum. It is well proved single medicine.
Where did you learn that it is a combination of belladonna, cuprum etc..?
May the patients be saved from these prescribers, who don't know even the fundamentals.

For more than 200 years, homeopathic remedies have been used to treat everyday illnesses. Homeopathic remedies are made from different substances using a process of dilution and potentization. Nux Vomica is a homeopathic remedy made from the seeds of an evergreen tree. This particular evergreen tree belongs to the Loganiaceae family of evergreens. The seeds are ground to powder, diluted and potentized before being used.

Are you aware that there is a standard pharmacopoeia that deals with the method of preparation of homeopathic remedies?
What to tell someone who says that nux.vomica is a combination medicine?
Obviously, this sort of prescribers have some book with them, look for symptoms and prescribe. They know nothing about the other aspects of homeopathy.
I am determined to save the patients from this sort of prescribers.

Nux Vomica contains the alkaloids, Strychnine and Brucine, also traces of strychnicine, and a glucoside Loganin, about 3 per cent fatty matter, caffeotannic acid and a trace of copper.
I couldn't find belladonna yet.
So in homeopathy single elements are not used the herb which is a combination of different compounds is used and then proved.
People are treated and get cured with combinations.
So I can't deny its benefits.

OK. You did your homework. Good.
As you said, the key word is proving. The provings are done on single substances. A substance can contain any number of chemicals.
We can expect what can happen with a single remedy. If you give multiple remedies one after the other, we can't do that. Such practices may create a complex disease.
