Murthy Sir : my dog has a sty in the eye

Sir I have a 6 year old golden retriever. He has a growth in the inner side of lower eye lid to his left. It's now almost six months, now I noticed it's getting bigger. He has an outer growth at the back of his right ear as well. Like a big mole . I don't see him scratching. Which means it doesn't bother him. But it's growing it's a worry. Plz suggest medicine.
