To
Dr. Murthy
Sir ,
I was making very good progress with your kind advice . The frequency of urination has greatly reduced, speciall during the night . The pain during and after urination is practically gone.Fever also became normal.
Suddenly I have caught cold and I am feeling feverish again .The chest seems to be full of phlegm but very little comes out . I can feel some hissing sound while breathing sometimes. There is discomfort in breathing as nostrils are partially blocked, specially during night .I got my chest examined by a doctor and was told that there is partial blockage on right side due to phlegm . There is occasional cough ,which is sometimes suffocating . Sometimes there is a little expectoration after cough as well as from nose , which is yellow and bit thick . The tongue is coated dirty white except tip and edges . The coating is heavier at the rear.
After a long period of sickness I was feeling well under your guidance but sickness has taken over again pushing me back into gloom .
I fervently seek your help
Thanks and regards
