Ok I will report you after my period end, one more thing this time I did feel back pain before periods start.

I was expecting you to report how were your periods.
However, you may you may repeat one more (single) dose of Nat mur 200C. tonight.
I would prefer you to record your temperature daily when you wake up in morning before doing anything else.
I would advise you to not to have sexual intercourse for another 6-7 days. Your husband should also celibate and refrain from masturbation / ejaculation. Meanwhile, you may ask him to have some milk, dates, and figs daily.
Report after a week for further advice.

Ok, you may have intercourse today or tomorrow onward but at maximum frequency on 13th and 14th day of your period cycle. Lie down for at least 1 hour with a pillow under you hips after each intercourse.
By the way, mention your day of period cycle every time you report.

This time also i have failed to conceive,yesterday my periods started but this time period started before 2 days ago of due date 15/12/16 but i did not feel abdominal pain before period this time and last time also.
I have done everything as you had told to me, please advise further.

That is good enough. The repair work in in your body may be still under progress. Once that is complete it may yield results. So, Just wait. and avoid Intercourse again for 10-12 days.

All other regimen as you did last time.
Please record your body temperature in morning for 1 week as you did before and report.

1. You tolerate / prefer cold then warmth in general.
2. How much water you drink in a day? (Not intentionally but feel thirsty).
3. Is there any difference in appearance of acne? Explain.

1. yes i prefer cold weather.
2. in current winter i drink 2 or 3 glass in a day.
3. before i had acne on all my face it was pink color but rite now i have no acne except a acne before periods start and automatically disappear after periods.
4.i don's have unique about me and my health.
5. this time i feel some tightness in abdominal before periods start.
