You want to keep taking various medicines but I am not experienced in this type of practice. You are not comfortable with and won't be able to follow my protocol of treatment. It doesn't suit you. We are wasting each other's time.

I will follow u exactly what ever u advise as i dont want to loose such a best dr. Like u so plz give me a last chance.
Every winter make me sick due to sinsuitud , flu & post nasal drip which irritate my throat & it last after winter in march.

Of late, I am finding it very difficult to make time for visiting this forum due to my busy practice and other commitments. I am just squeezing through my schedule just to attend the cases I have already taken up.
Moreover, if I wanted I would have prescribed recklessly and played with others' health. Unlike many others I have not come here to experiment / experience. I have had enough of it. So, I just don't prescribe or advise intuitively but I workout on each case I take here just like I do for my patients at clinic. On an average, I spend about 15-20 minutes for each case. I don't expect anything in return here but only some commitment my advise.
I don't think I am expecting too much. But for people like you it's so easy to spoil all my efforts in seconds.

Sir u r 100% right.
Basically multiple problem made me very uneasy & i wanted prompt relief so i jumped here & there as panic attack is like real heart attack and it was happening again & again so thats y did that.
Still now i fall in sleep very late and i get jerks while sleeping.
I know dr. Like u to manage our cases is hard for u specially when v dont follow.

Considering your recent past posts it is evident that you haven't given complete details of your health condition. If you don't give proper details I can guarantee you no homeopath would be able to "CURE" you. At the most, one would be able to add some more troubles to your existing ones.
This way you will be wasting doctors' and your time as well.
If you are serious about cure then please post all your health problems properly in one post. you may take your own time but provide correct information.
Remember, this is really a last chance for you.

ok i try to give u my all health problems in details.
i have following health problems.
1.Anxiety & Depression
2. IBS
3. Hypertension
4. High cholesterol
5. Flu, cough with post nasal drip.
6. heart beats irregular
7. naval displacement
anxiety & depression runs in our all family members as our mother had anxiety & depression.
before 10 years, first time i felt anxiety & bp shoot up and i was feeling confused to talk to people as proper words r not coming in a sequence. i was feeling uneasy if i have to deliver presentation but 1st 5 minutes i felt fast heart beat & confused but after 5 min i gave a very good presentation.
after few months my BP shoot up & no bp drug was working but when i took xanax 0.5 my bp became normal.
this high bp shoot up time to time like once in a 3 months & only xanax worked no hypertensive drug worked.
after 2 years i felt chest burning, indigestion with gases & constipation and after endoscopy doctor said u have active reflux, gastritis & h,pilory and recommended antibiotic &
omeperazol and it gave me releif 50% but not cured so i visited gastroenterlogist manay times and in last he said u have IBS so take husk & be active or get checked by psychiatrist.
then i started playing football & squash and my IBS symptoms disappeared completely.
but again IBS symtomps occur time to time for short period of time. again one yoga person diagnosed that i have nasal displacement and he gave me some exercises and it gave me relief but naval displacement occur again & again.
in 2013 i felt my heart is skipping beat and i was feeling beat at my neck.
i visited cardiologist, after ECG, ECHO, 24 hours holter monitor & 24 hours bp appratus tests and some blood test like, thyroid, electrolites, vit d , vit b 12. all tests normal only vit d efficiency. vit d was 8 so i got 6 lac vit d injection.
cardiologist said ur heart PVC is less than 1% so no need for any treatment except bp med so he gave harbessor sr 90.
but no cure of heart pvc but after 6 months my pvc disappeared and i was not taking any drug but again pvc occur again & again for few days & disappeared without any drug.
what i felt that my pvc starts after eating walnut ot dry fruit so i m trying to stop dry fruit.
in 2015 i felt my heart beat is fast and i was waking up in sleep due to fast heart beat. i felt fast heart beat while standing up or in movement for just 5 seconds then normal, i was also feeling shortness of breath in climbing stairs with fatigue & no energy. i was out of breath while playing sports, i was feeling chest discomfort too. so i again contacted cardiologist so after ECG he strongly recommended me psychiatrist.
psychiatrist gave me zoloft 50 mg & xanax 0.5 mg when panic attack.
after taking zoloft i got my life back and no fast heart beat, no short of breath in game & on stairs, no heaviness in chest but as winter started so flu & post nasal is going on.
my symptoms are 70 % decreased but still i get fast heart beat once a week but not daily.
zoloft side effect like insomania, jerks while sleeping and loss of libido is hard to bearable again so my doctor said we will try to reduce the zoloft dosage after 3 months so one month has passed now but i dont think so alleopathy med can be discontinued as it is mafia.
by nature i am very sensitive person and if an one hit a sentence me in social gathering i mind but dont disclose in front of them but i remain uneasy full day.
i always try to help poor people and i love to do so.
i weep when i see any violence in TV.
i am bit jealous too if my colleague progress above me.
i dont like heights, i like open air.
i like spicy food.
so sir time to time all above health issues i am facing but no permanent cure .
i have also social phobia.
i can be very good speaker if my social phobia disappear.
sir i love homeopathy, i trust homeopathy but i promise i will follow you and hopefully will be cured.

i still fear of stairs but manageable after zoloft.
right now i am feeling skiping beat or v can say PVC as i ate dry fruit yesterday.
flu & post nasal drip is also going on as i always to bring mucus from throat and that is white now and some time yellow.
i blow my nose manay time with white discharge like egg.
doctors says u have a allergy & deviation nsal septum.
i went for prick allergy test and they diagnosed with cockroach allergy and for that i sprayed at home but no cure.
i am not ready for nasal operation right now.

Remember, it is advisable to avoid all other type of medications is you expect a real cure. I don't mean I guarantee cure but I can vouch for my best & honest efforts. You may deceive me but you can't deceive your own body / health. So, it's up to you if you want to follow the instructions or not. If you can't stop at once you may wean the doses of your present drugs over 4-6 days and then stop.
Please start with following prescription.
1. AURUM MEATALLICUM 200C , pills (buy minimum qty dispensable at the shop), take 4 pills (for one dose) ONE DOSE IN THE MORNING and second dose 1 hour later FOR ONE DAY ONLY, (NO DAILY DOSES PLEASE).
Nothing else to eat or drink 1 hour before and 1 hour after the doses.
(This dose works for several days. So, keep patience).
Do’s & don’ts:
1. Stay away from Strong odors. NO use of menthol or similar things.
2. Do not touch medicines or spill them. Use the cap of container (of same medicine) to transfer the medicines.

I was taking zoloft 50mg but from today i am taking zoloft in 25 mg then after one week i ll take it on alternate days then ll stop completely in 2 weeks.

Right now i am also frustrated with flu, post nasal drip wich irritating my throat from last one month as winter is going on so i hope aurum met 200 will also work in this problem.

In that case do following for liquid dosage.
Please start with following prescription:
AURUM METALLICUM 200C, dilution (buy minimum qty dispensable at the shop). Take it TWICE DAILY (12 HOURLY) after preparation as follows. If not available easily at your place you may buy this online.
Preparation of dose:
A. Buy 100ml size dropper bottle (preferably of glass otherwise plastic. Buy it from homeopathic shop only.).
B. Fill 9/10th (90ml) of it with clean potable water.
C. Add precisely 3 drops of prescribed medicine in it. Gently shake it 2-3 times & keep it for 10 minutes.
D. Now it is ready to use. Take APPROXIMATELY 1/4 teaspoonful (1ml) of this solution in 1/2 cup of water as single dose. (You get approx. 90 doses from 100ml bottle).
E.Before each dose Shake it vigorously for 10 times (exactly).
F. Repetitions as prescribed above.
G. Nothing else to eat or drink 30 minute before and 30 minutes after the doses.

You may cut down withdrawal program to 8-10day max from 2 weeks.
Aurum is prescribed for all your reported problems. Hopefully, it will cure you in totality.
Your present nasal symptoms may worsen for few days but that is the time you need to keep your patience intact. If you interfere with it in any way you will never get well.

ok sir i got it.
i will buy glass bottle of 100ml size & will add 3 drops of aur met 200 & will shake 3 times & use after 10 minutes.
i have to use above med twice a day after 12 hours on daily basis till 90 ml bottle finish.
is it ok sir?

ok sir but right now i am not suffering depression & anxiety due to zoloft which i will withdraw in 10 days.
flu & post nasal drip and acidity & constipation symptoms can be judged easily at this stage.

Sir luckily i got 200c pills in my area so i purchased 200c in pills form.
I have started aur met 200c pills at 10th december 2016
I took 4 pills in morning and 4 pills after one hour.
No more dosage & now waiting.....

sir today is 5th day of aur met 200 and now a days i am taking zoloft 25 mg instead of 50 mg dailyand sooner i will take 25mg zoloft on alternate day.
yesterday in shopping mall i was feeling anxious while up climbing stairs and was also feeling chest burning too.
there is no improvement in my winter flu & post nasal drip.
it also take 1 hour to go to sleep moode.

My sleep is better 40%
I had to appear in court at 17th dec for evidence so i went there & 1st time i appeared with confidence without any fast heart beat.
At 19th dec i waked up at 09:00 a.m i was feeling fresh but my beat was irregular with some heaviness right side from nexk to chest.
I checked my bp it was 160/90
With irregular heart beats so i took my bp drug & after 4 hours my bp was normal.
But now days i am feeling irregular heart beat when i wake up in morning & it last in one hour.
Time to time feeling chest burning & anxiety related palpitation but not severe as it was before.
I am taking 25 mg zoloft on alternate days & ll stop in few days.
But still dont feel full fit.

My winter flu is same as it was before ..same.post nasal drip.
Some time feel smell in nose & mouth.
Today 1st time in my life i saw my stool with mucus i think it was mucus but mucus was with 1st peice of stool after that stool was normal.

Few more things .
1. Now a days i sleep at 1:30 a.m & wake up at 08:15 a.m for office then again sleep at 04:30 p.m to 5:30 p.m but my face & right hand jerks daily while sleeping at 04:30 p.m but my body dont jerk in night time sleep.
2. Now a days feeling no hunger with gas in colon & very hard to pass gas & i think it may be due to naval displacement.
But i dont have constipation now.
3. Right now i feel irregular beat when waking up at 08:15 a.m & beat regular after 1 hour .
Over all my anxiety level seems better but still feel reflux & alwaya try to hawk the phlegem but hard to make it out.
I have stopped zoloft comletely.
When blow out my right nostril then o feel i am.unable to blow with full preasure but left side nostril is easy to blow out . Some time while eating i feel unable to make pressure to through food back but suddenly i do it with some difficulties.

When blow out my right nostril then o feel i am.unable to blow with full preasure but left side nostril is easy to blow out . Some time while eating i feel unable to make pressure to through food back but suddenly i do it with some difficulties.
