Genitals and butt itching along with excruciating pain

I'm asking this question on behalf of my fiancé. He has been in excruciating pain for the last 3-4 months due to internal and external hemorrhoids. We have seen doctors and because he doesn't have medical insurance they are now denying seeing him. We have literally tried everything OTC we could try for the hemrrhoids and nothing is helping. Anyways, the itching, and burning he has is worse in the night time hours. What gives him some relief from the hemorrhoids is warm/hot compresses. He now has a secondary thing going on which is on his genitals. We think it might be eczema as he said it runs in his family and as of late he's been under a lot of stress so think the eczema has come out due to the stress. What homeopathic remedy(s) can I give him to help with everything he's got going on. He constantly wants to scratch and that seems to give him relief. He has his medical marijuana card and he smokes a lot of pot just to get him out of the pain he's in due to what is going on. Not sure if we should try and get the eczema cleared up and then concentrate on the hemorrhoids. The eczema is on his genitals. It looks very red and irritated. Along with flaky/scaly dried skin. There is some open ooziness of the sores on his genitals but the oozing is not major. The oozing is a clearish color. It's more red/irritated and flaky dried skin if anything else. Also, at night and usually in the morning he says he feels as if he's got things crawling all over his skin. All of what is going on is making him very irritable and angry at the whole world. Any help is greatly appreciated.
