Unwanted hair on men's face

Hi, a friend of mine has two sort of problems with unwanted hairs.

1) He has dark hair on his nose, on neck and on cheeks. Also the hair on body are also much more than normal.

2) His beared's hair are very hard and he has to shave more than a normal man does.

3) In a journal i have found doctors suggesting medicine
graphites 1000
oleum jac 3x

So please suggest me what remedies should be used and for how much months and would it really work.

One thing i forgot to ask was that is this problem only cureable in women or man can also be????

if part of underlie-ing dis-ease then hair will be affected --but if not ...then some things are just part of individual make-up---no changing without health compromise...
