mdr tb

Seventeen year old boy suffering from MDR tb lungs affected. Is on ATK. Please suggest any alternate medication to cure him

It is not that simple. A better approach is to complete ATK and to deal its side effects with homeopathy. It is better to see a nearby homeopath in person as it seems that you are in India.
