Development/global delay

I have twin baby. Twin one is absolutely ok but twin two has some behavioral problem.

Twin Two D.O.B -fifteenth .Dec.twothousandthirteen
Birth Weight 1.85 Kgs

Case History:-

After birth within 5 days we admitted him to hospital again because he was vomiting continuously..They did lots of test but everything was normal. After his birth from day one Dr suggested us to give NAN 1 instead of Brest milk because since his vomiting problem.. After that day by day vomiting problem gone.

Current Problem delayed milestone:-

Physically very weak & doesn't walk much

His weight is remaining same from last one year

Very much short tempered & ill tempered. Start throwing things if his requirement is not meet

Not interested to take any food.

He likes to play alone

Likes to watch video songs very much in TV & mobile phone. Likes to play with gadgets like mobile phone,laptop etc.

He speaks as per his requirement only. Otherwise he doesn't.

He become very stubborn at times and we have to give whatever he wants. Whenever he becomes angry he starts throwing things.

Cannot answer any questions. Doesn't ask any question. His curiosity is very less unlike the other baby (twin 1)

Sometimes he utters the same word repeatedly.

His stock of word is max 200.

At present he can understand our conversation & follow instructions but not able to reply to our questions. But sometimes he can ( very rare)

He started speaking full sentence at the age of 3 years but that too not so clearly

started uttering meaningful words after 18 months. Started walking 16/17 months.

He started scrolling after 10 months. His weight was 10 kgs at 13th month age.

Doctor diagnosed his problem as "Development Delay/Global Delay"

I trust in Homeopathy as it can cure complicated disease. I got help from this forum in somany cases... Doctor you people is our last hope please please help us ...if there is any medicine which can cure my son.
