Thick discharge from Penis
I am 35 Years of Age. Weight 65 Kgs. Vegetarian. Do not smoke and do not take alcohol.Married for last 10 Years. Have 2 daughters ( Ages 9 and 4 ).
Have been indulged in Masturbation regularly before marriage.
The major issue is I get aroused very easily and time taken in ejaculation is very less after penetration.
Since last 3-4 years, have been experiencing the problem of thick transparent discharge from penis during arousal. And one more problem is Erection happens but I feel the stiffness is not as it used to be earlier.
Other conditions: Like to eat sweets. Do not prefer very cold weather. Generally calm temperament. Have a history of wheezing and running nose more prominent in the morning.
Please suggest a remedy.
From abchomeopathy website found Conium suitable but wanted to have expert opinion.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Have take the medicine as advised. There are slight changes. The discharge is reduced considerably if we talk about erotic thoughts. However, it is still there during foreplay.
Hardness of erection is still a concern.
Please suggest further course of action.
