I missed reading your post and you state that you have already read the many posts on this problem.

I have found that Arnica 30c in the liquid dose is easily the best remedy to arrest hair loss and in about 2 months you should hopefully notice the small hair that is growing to replace the hair lost.

You should also massage a 20% solution of Arnica Q with Coconut Oil into the scalp as this too promotes growth.

Use only Johnsons Baby Shampoo as it is the mildest of shampoos and do not drink coffee and cola drinks.

I have recommended Arnica and many hundreds of people have benefited from this remedy taken internally as instructed and also massaged into the hair roots.

I have no experience with Vinca Minor and since you have inquired what this remedy is, I shall copy below Boricke's notes on this remedy in his Repertory.

Head.--Tearing pain in vertex, ringing and whistling in ears. Whirling vertigo, with flickering before eyes. Spots on scalp, oozing moisture, matting hair together. Corrosive itching of scalp. Bald spots. Plica polonica. Irresistible desire to scratch.

Nose.--Tip gets red easily. Moist eruption on septum. Stoppage of one nostril. Sores in nose. SeborrhÏa upper lip and base of nose.

Throat.--Difficult swallowing. Ulcers. Frequent hawking. Diphtheria.

Female.--Excessive menstruation with great weakness. Passive uterine h¾morrhages (Ust; Trill; Secale). Menorrhagia; continuous flow, particularly at climacteric (Lach). H¾morrhages from fibroids.

Skin.--Corrosive itching. Great sensitiveness of skin, with redness and soreness from slight rubbing. Eczema of head and face; pustules, itching, burning, and offensive odor. Hair matted together.

I am 26 year Male. I am suffering from Alopecia Totalis ( Loss of Hair Through out the body )from past 4 years and very near stage to enter into baldhead.

I am also suffering from severe dandruff from past 7 years. I used homeopathy medicine for 2 years but not found satisfactory results.

I am loosing hair for last 1yr[2011] i hv lost almost 3/4 part of ma hairs from crown n forhead area. I hv got some tests done[blood test,hormone test] and i gotto know that i have PCOD/PCOS problem + serum feretine level is 24 . My Doc told me PCOD is a cause due to which i am loosing.

Method:

Pour out about 100ml of water from each bottle.

Pour in 20 drops of Arnica Q into the water in a bottle and you should notice that the water bubbles freely when the bottle is shaken about.

Half a teaspoonful of this medicated water is to be applied on the scalp twice daily.
Please note that this water remedy with Arnica Q is NOT for oral use. It is only for massaging into the roots of the hair.

Arnica 30c for Oral use

Make the Wet dose of Arnica 30 as follows:

Order Arnica 30c in a 5ml in the Liquid Dilution in Ethanol in a bottle with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard before you take a capfull which is a dose twice daily. This is best taken first thing in the morning and last thing before bed.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this shaking must be done every time before a capful of the bottle is sipped as directed.

Take a capsule of the Fish Liver Oil daily.

Use Johnsons Baby Shampoo daily for your shower which will help to wash away the perspiration from the scalp which causes the bacteria that are responsible for your Dandruff to propagate.

Avoid Coffee, preserved meats like sausages, ham and bacon, and all canned cola beverages as they antidote the therapy.

It is understood that you will STOP all other remedies and drugs you are taking today.

Drink plenty of water and exercise daily for at least 45 minutes like walking or jogging depending on your age. The idea is to sweat it out. This is essential to promote the circulation of blood in the body which Arnica will help to promote.

Thanx much for ur quick reply.
I had read ur post about PCOS.
But i dnt have any Chocolate cyst. Its just my Hormones are imbalanced because of PCOD informed by Doc after seeing my report.
Sp Joe is der any therapy to balance dis female hormone?
Am i putting on weight due to PCOD??

And i have lot many problem during my periods.
