Help please. Low back pain & cramping.

Hi all. I have degeneration in my lower back and recently have been suffering from muscle spasms in the back and buttocks. I need heat on my spine constantly to relieve symptoms. I have been taking arnica 30 and rhus tox 30 with good benefits but Im unsure of the dose and if there's anything else I can do? Do these two remedies work the best with each other? Thanks xxx

Arnica and Rhus Tox are indicated in muscle problems. They are not curative in bone affections. You need some other remedy., possibly Calcarea Carb or Calcarea phos.
