Attn: Joe De Livera :Reflux in my 8 months old twins

I have 29 weeks twins (twin A and twin B) that are now 8 months old or 6 months adjusted. My most immediate problem with them is that they are hardly ever hungry. I feed them every 4 hours. I try to give each of them 120cc of formula milk in every feed . Twin A would drink only about 2 oz before I have to work with him to finish the rest. Twin B drinks fast if she's half asleep. If she's awake, she'll be too playful and resist the feed. We have to swaddle her but sometimes that doesn't work either. My husband and I try to lessen all distractions.  Both babies are on reflux medication ZANTAC Because of their feeding behavior, it's taking at least one hour per baby to feed. Sometimes they eat at the 6th hour because we had to go to doctors' appointments and they do whine for food, but only drink 2 oz or just finish their required volume for that bottle but not ask for more. Only a few rare times, they want to eat more. I'm really tired of the feedings. And by 6 months of age Twin B(girl) has developed the bottle aversion, as soon as she see the bottle, she seals her mouth. We have to feed both of them while sleeping. But from last 2 months there reflux is getting worse.

I am searching over the internet and come across this forum and come to know about this medicine NAT Phos 6X that you have prescribed to babies and the babies shows the improvement. So I ordered for my twins. Since last week i started giving them 1 pellet after each feed in 1ml of water . 4 pellets in a day. Immediately after 1 day they show a lot of improvement. the boy has stopped gaging  and the girl who was having bottle aversion started opening her mouth for bottles. For 1 week it went well for both of them. I continued giving them the medicine. But since second week (from 8th day onwards) the boy has stopped taking the feeds. He has now started taking only 60ml per feed (earlier we are giving him 120ml) and also even after 6-7 hrs he does not seems hungry and when we offer him milk he drinks only 50 ml.

For the girl, it went fine. So on 11th day of medicine we decided to stop the medicine for both of them because we think it is due to this medicine only the boy has stopped drinking milk. After stopping the medicine the boy has again started taking the milk but he started vomiting. And for the girl , she has now again started showing the bottle aversion and started vomiting the milk too.

So my question are:

1. Should I again start the medicine for both of them?
2. And for how long should the medication to be given before stopping?
3. Is there a period after starting the medicine when the child looses appetite( as in the case of my kids)?
