All the answers to Carcinosinum/Carcinosin
Hello everybody,I've just been prescribed Carcinosinum 30k - my doc said it's to 'increase my self-confidence'. I didn't ask any further questions and he didn't explain anything else. I thought I'd leave it t 'google' to answer my questions.
However, after a lot of googling i'm, if anything, confused. There are various explanations using medical terms which (to me - new to homeopathy) might as well have been written in chinese.
For all those new to homeopathy/carcinosin (like me) - and who are trying to find out more about it online, please, experts, answer these basic questions:
(I've put in brackets my own answers, things i've gathered from the net).
*What is carcinosinum's base? (made with one or various different tumors??)
*Is it something we should be worrying about - what it's made of? (No, sounds gross but not harmful and cannot cause cancer??)
*Are there any 'side-effects', reactions or consequences (negative)? (fever??)
*On average, how long does a treatment last for or does it depend per case - examples?
*The changes in a person after treatment seem almost like a total personality turnaround and that sounds scary, unnatural. Should I worry? Does this also mean that it poses a risk of dependency? Is it something I will have to use for the rest of my life and if I'm off it I just go back to being me as I am now (lack of confidence, fear of failure, etc...)?
Please let me know your thoughts, especially with the last question.

Yes Carcin is prepared from tumor BUT remember that at 30c potency there is NO molecule of the original source in the tablet.NO cannnot cause cancer.
Only reactions possible are to bring to the surface items that gave been driven inwards by pharmaceutical drugs in orthodox treatment.
Normally I use ONE dose of ascending potency 30 - 1M - 10m as a "course " and that should not be interfered with for a month at least.
The ONLY personality change is , again, to bring to the surface , things that YOU were cocealing.
Kent quotes a case where a girl walked away from a forthcoming wedding - as he said she was decieving HERSELF.

I was given carsinosin LM1 to take. I was taking it for a while and then started to feeling "crazy" and very depressed so I stopped. I didn't want to take it anymore because it was scary. Naturopath said that that was known to happen but I could dilute it. I started to take it again diluting it so it was weaker and then got very depressed again so stopped. I don't want to get suicidal and I was getting there.
Not sure what the heck to do. I feel I am nat mur before I got very ill with lyme disease... I'm still fighting it with heavy antibiotics. If I stop them I get so sick again.
