pain on thigh due to injury

It is about one month now that a big and tall heavy bamboo fall and hit left side of my left thigh and now have pain.
soon after the injury i have taken Arnica 30 and later Arnica 200.
I do feel not sharp pain but kind of dull but deep pain.
It is much pain full when i am in rest like sitting on ,when i walk or stand not feel much pain.
Please advise me to over come this pain please!

Pl continue Arnica 200 at bed time one dose,pl take Bellis .P. 200 1 dose in the morning (6pills one dose) and one dose of Rhus tox in the morning,Reprot after 7 days

Rhus tox 200 6 pills morning after 1/2 hr of Bellis.p.200 (3 doses of Bellis.p.200)

Sir!
I could not read your post due to internet problem here.
we do not have those medicine you advise me in pill form available here but only liquid form so please tell me how many drops should i take Arnica 200,Rhus Tox200 and Bellis P200
How many days should i continue those medicine? As you mentioned 3doses of Bellis P=3days in the morning and how about Arnica and Rhus Tox?
