Antivirus " help for chronic viral fever "

My elder son aged 10 is getting around 99 degree of viral fever from last 10 days, allopathic medication is going on but not getting relief.
He is also getting headache and vomiting with vertigo in between. just wants to be in lying position always, i think due to weakness. also he is not talking with anyone very much irritable. Please help us doctor.

Give him giloya herb .Its the best. Along with mahasudarshan churna indicated in all fevers.

vomiting can be dangerous please ensure proper balance of salts and water.

give NUX VOMICA 1M twice a day, ONLY for 1 day.
Report improvement.

Just EXCELLENT, my son is in normal condition now without any fever and vomiting, thank you.
but still there is body weakness.

for weakness give him WARM MILK and JAGGERY, thrice a day for 10 days.
