Dizziness,Headache with swelling under eyes

Hi,

My husband faints few days back then he has gone through all tests of blood, MRI & thyroid. All tests are fine. They found out only vitamin D is low I.e 14. But still can't find out why he is feeling dizzy with headache that is constant someday or on & off other days. Doctor says may be its sinus because my husband feels mucus in his throat few times in a day/night after he had severe cold and cough 6months back in winters. At that time cold was so severe that his ear got blocked and after he got his ear cleaned by doctor he would be able to hear properly.

Now when he consulted Doctor after all his test reports she prescribed some antibiotics and medicine Serc for vertigo for a week. But he is still feeling same.

Now doctor is not giving any medicine saying it's may be because of anxiety so relax and no need of any medicine.

My problem is my husband has taken 2weeks off from work but now he couldn't extend his medical leave and started going to work. But he is feeling same.

Dizziness
Heavy head
Headache at the back,front,top all over
Mucus in throat at times
Swelling on cheek bones or under eyes
Blood pressure normal checked whole week

Ear check up: normal, No wax

Please help me and suggest me homeopathy medicine. I am so much worried at the moment. Please help.

Height/weight/location?

Any coating/cracks on tongue?

Current digestion? Any constipation?

Weight 70kgs
Location Australia
Tongue has few coating but not much
He doesn't have constipation
After food feel some acidity always
