Dizziness for more than 3 weeks

Hi,

My wife is 32 years old. She has dizziness for the last 3 weeks. It started in January 31st for few seconds( Dizziness, Shivering and sweating, heart beat rise) in the noon. Again, she had dizziness in the evening.
February 1st - Again it started on February 1st, the same symptoms like January 31st. We been to some urgent care and the heart beat was around 130 with short of breath and Dizziness. She undergone all the test like Stroke, Thyroid, Sugar. Everything were normal. After that the chest pain was there little bit over a week. But it became normal in a week. From the second week, She feels heat in the right ear and it becomes senseless little bit and sometimes the area around the ear. We consulted a ENT specialist also. She undergone a audiogram test and Brian MRI with and without. Everything looks normal. ENT doctor said, no vertigo issues. But, the dizziness is there for 3 weeks. It is not there during the deep sleep and it stays most of the time during the day time. Sometimes it is very worst and sometimes it is noraml. She feels like head is spinning, body shivering and weakness.
