Clots and heavy bleeding after fibroid operation

Dear dr
Im 39 years i had fibroid intramural 10 cm in my uterus which cause heavy bleeding i got operation
After 10 days of operation i got my periods which quite heavy and clots very big
Plz suggest me medicine for heavy bleeding and clots
Also recovery of stitches and healing in uterus as my fibroid quite large
Dr suggested me hormones pills which i dnt want to take
Im never married
My height 5.2
Im wheatish fair color
Weight 60 kg
Quite depressed bcuz of this disease
