Urge incontinence and strong smell urine

Hi i had uti symtomps ( burning, pakn, pressure on lower part, cloudy urine, strong smell) on 1 nov 2016, i did not take antibiotic,i took chinese medicine and accupunture.

My condition now is much better only had ;

1. Sometimes urine leakage when i was about to open my pants to pee.

2. Strong urine odour and cloudy.

No burning, normal frequency of urine, at night i can sleep whole night and no need to wake up to pee, only once sometimes.

I am a female, 41 yo, regular menstruation , 165 cm, 55 kg, tried my best to eat well and exercise, yoga. Had worriness, afraid of being sick.

Kindly help me.
