Help for child with chalazions, Dr Kadwa

hello Dr Kadwa,
As we awaited for your recommended remedies to arrive Alexa's chalazion had changed.

1) After playing outside (it had snowed in march!) in very cold windy & weather, the chalazion grew larger and was somewhat reddened at the nodule/lump. Wednesday

2) Since we were waiting for remediesto arrive via mailorder, I tried to calm the eye by applying a warm water/epsom salt compress. We applied that 3 times over 48 hrs. Thursday, Friday, then stopped compresses.

3) saturday morning ALexa's eye had swollen quite a bit under right eye where the chalazion is, quite dramatically. And redness all under eye. Frightened that I aggravated it, I immediately drove to closest healthfood store to purchase your remedies and began dosing 2xs daily. saturday & sunday.

The swelling and redness/irritation has decreased by 50%, but still red and very noticeable - vs when I contacted you chalazion was just a nodule (size of #40 homeo pill) under normal colored skin. It has only been 4 doses, no drainage visable - but I thought important to let you know of changes that took place before remedies were started. We will continue as you prescribed.

It has been 20 days, I followed dosing as told. Effects:

- both right eye chalazions (upper lid inner corner, and lower lid middle) have increased in size. They appear worse(?) are more noticeable.

- within a week of beginning dosing a small stye appeared on lower right lid on eyelashes. resolved within a few days.

- I am noticing a small ulcer/lesion INSIDE the lower right eyelid skin, perhaps an openning to drain(?) It is near where the stye was/ slightly next to where the chalazion is visible on outside of skin.

- there has been no visible drainage, crusty eyes as of yet.

As a side note, my daughter has had problems with constipation since potty training a year ago. She hasa bowel movement every other/few days. 4-5 bowel movements a week perhaps. Rarely daily. I believe she is afraid to go sometimes, says they feel like they "have spikes". Or maybe she does not have a strong urge feeling to go/sluggish bowels?

ok, i did one dose at 30x, then continuing forward with 30c!

Today is day 9 of 10. Here are effects:
- seemed an improvement in bowel movements immediately (BM 4 days in a row, but then no BM for 3 days).

- twice found a morning crusty discharge on left eye (has the chalazions) in along the eyelashes.

- no change in size of chalazions, perhaps even larger.

- I found a tick on my daughter and promptly removed it yesterday. As we live in area high rate of Lyme Disease, I gave a dose of Ledum 30.

- her left eye was clearly swollen/holding some fluid around the left eye upon waking this morning.

- so these are the effects, but no significant improvements as of yet.

- the small lesion/ulcer-like opening INSIDE the left eye seems to be closing.

Please help as chalazions are very noticeable (but not painful).

last note: Before we started your protocols the largest chalazion was about the size of a #40 homeo pill, but now seems twice that size with some swelling.

last note, sorry! I did notice that the small chazalion that was on her upper left eye is no longer visible. But right eye is worse.

thank you, i have all of these remedies on hand. I will begin at once.

the past 2 days the lower right chalazion is reddened/inflamed and some swelling, especially upon waking. Will these remedies address this as well, becoming worried as appearance keeps changing. only 2 doses of your new protocol

i did 2-3 days of protocol. the nodule swelled, turned red and increased in size greatly. Worried, I took her to the family doctor, he advised warm compresses to hopefully bring it to a head. I am hoping a lesion will open up inside the eyelid and open for drainage. Doctor also scheduled an opthamologist appointment, as the size is quite large now- the size of a pea at times.

If u believe there is a remedy that will allow the chalazion to open up and purge its contents, please advise.. I pray this drains before opthamologist appt, as i fear lancing?

The chalazion swelled greatly and began to open inside the eyelid to drain within 4 days on Silicea 30. EYe doctor said it looked good and was fully drained by day 5/appt. He said he saw still another "blister"/pocket that needs to surface and then drain as well in this same chalazion. Doc said it should repeat again and drain in 7-14 days. Advised repeat daily warm compresses to bring it to head.
The smaller chalazion in upper corner of right eyelid is growing slightly larger, but doc said not to worry, it may resolve.

What remedy I should repeat? Sulphur 30, Silica 30 at this time?

update: There are multiple new small chalazions forming/coming to a head inside her bottom Right eyelid now. Seems a much slower process with the Silicea vs the Sulphur. Started with the original extra large chalazion, then doc said another one needs to follow-- now there are 3 small ones working their way out in that eye. There has been crusty eye/dried discharge upon waking several times. I'd say it is 50% completed. We do warm compress 3 times a day. Still a swollen chalazion inside upper corner of right eye towards eyebrow- slowly shrinking perhaps, hard to tell. Also, Bowel movements have improved, she went 5 days in a row last week! Still somewhat obstinate at times regarding using potty.

I have stopped remedies as of saturday due to a scheduled homeopathic nosode/vaccine schedule we are on. Will need to wait 14 days before more remedies so as not to interfere with action of nosode at this time.
