Pain, dull ache lower abdomen with more symptoms

Hello,

I have a wierd feeling of ache in my lower abdomen becomes words when I hold myself from peeing, Also I sometimes have jaundice in eye and are overall yellow in whole body. I have anal pain on left side like its a damage on the left side of rectum, each day i have yellow leakage from anus and sometimes it Iches now on the latest I have had constipation and it hurts sometimes When having bowel movement. Have had little blood in side of stool as well many times. I also sometimes have sudden pain in my left testicle(it feels like that all the way inside to my lower abdomen like it aches hard and I need to lay down) but goes away after half hour or more.. I often have sudden urge to urinate and just right after I have to urinate again. Beside my inner hips on my inguinal lymph nodes I feel little hard to touch balls and I have noticed them more than I used to do before when I was younger.. even on my thighs they are gathered tight together and hardened.. feel little pain when I though them.. I am very sensitive in my penis when I masturbate and feel weakness in erection and ejaculate fast and on the latest I feel strange and weird sensation after ejaculation before when younger it felt better. I am now 24 years old have had these problems for many years and doctors do not know what it is they ignore my symptoms.. please help me!!!!
