Fistula Ano, Stomach Upset, Heart Burn sometime energeny level drops to zero, probably hypo-diabetic

Stomach is sensitive since 20 years, Heartburn amd Fistula Ano since December 2016

Had to sit long time for designing a project, had to remain out of town, had to eat beef which i ususally dont.

BM 133, Burb Vulg Q, Echinacea Q some other medicine from homeopathic dr. with code number, i dont knwo what was in them.

20. Color of the secretions/discharges e.g Pus, urine, stool, sputum, Saliva etc.
Urine is transparent ususally unless i take multivitamins. Pus is dark yellowish green, sometime blood mixed in pus. I can feel fistula tract to rectum.
Saliva is normal transparent. Sputum i dont have unless ill from flu, then its green and yellow. Stool are normal but gas and stool come frequent.
Multiple time a day.
