deoshlok, please advise

Thanks for your response to the ulceritive proctitis. You said Sulphur 200 and Nux Vomica 200. I'm not really sure what the 200 is. My local health food store has potencies of 6x, 10x, and 30x. Some things they carry in "c" potencies. Could you let me know which one to purchase to equal the 200, and how many to take. They usually carry the quick dissolve kind of tablets. Also, is it okay to continue with the medications?
