Is it something I need to be concerned about especially the weakness & getting tired. Is it because of the cough, you think? or something else. I am ordering the medicines you suggested, can you please help me understand, and I want to know if I need to order any other ones.

I got checked and the doctor said I may have Mononucleosis (Mono) - Symptoms. so getting Xray done.
I have sore throat & weakness, with less energy. What would you recommend I take. Please let me know.

Can someone please help and suggest a remedy.
These are the current symptoms:
1. I have a ear infection. Pain started 2 nights back with left ear, and then moved to right ear. It didn't hurt yesterday but I feel it all blocked.
2. Cough is little mucousy.
3. Nose is little runny.
4. Sore throat is not there.
I have been taking sulphur 30. And also Zithromax as prescribed.

Not yet, as i am still waiting to get it. Will that work for ear infection also? as that is the main concern now.

Cough is still there. It was dry earlier, and is opening up now and little mucous coming out. The right ear still feels blocked up though.
